Blaise Packar has formalised the architecture of Blaise Packar Intercontinental Network Limited (BINL) — the structure that brings together the organisation's member firms in Mozambique, Angola and Malawi, with bridges to Lisbon and London.

What this means

BINL allows each member firm to maintain its legal independence, while sharing common methodology, ethics and quality standards. It is a structure designed to serve organisations operating across jurisdictions.

One network, one standard

This is the formalisation of something that already existed in practice: the conviction that advisory in Lusophone Africa must be built to international standards, without losing the local knowledge that makes it useful.
