How the network is governed

Blaise Packar Intercontinental Network Limited (BINL) is the coordinating entity of the network. It sets common methodology, ethics and quality standards, but does not conduct client engagements itself.

Each member firm is legally independent, operates under its own jurisdiction and answers for its own mandates. Member firms share knowledge, teams and quality standards — but never clients or liabilities.
