About the role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead corporate strategy engagements, work directly with boards and executive teams, and contribute to the growth of our Corporate Strategy practice in Mozambique and the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic diagnosis, competitive positioning and restructuring projects
- Manage teams of consultants and analysts
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional and family clients
- Contribute to methodology and internal knowledge development
- Mentor junior consultants
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or equivalent
- Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- Strong analytical skills and command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Team leadership experience
